We use our own sensitive freight to deliver the products. Two attempts are allowed to contact the buyer for receiving their delivery. Once this is exhausted the item returns back to warehouse and all requests for re-delivery is at Seller's discretion and additional cost to buyer. Please track your item once the information is uploaded into Amazon to avoid hassle on both sides. Please include additional/special request at the time of placing an order in case you want us to delay posting the item. Once the item is posted and tracking details are uploaded into Amazon, all refusal to accept delivery will incur postage and handling costs. We had to update our shipping time frames to allow us some flexibility but we will strive to consider urgent deliveries to meet special requests - so please inquire if need something for special occasions.
